"Anger dwells only in the bosom of fools."

- Albert Einstein (1879-1955), Famous scientist and universally acknowledged "Man of the 20th Century".

When the smartest man the world has seen for the last 100 years says something, it pays to listen. Although all know that anger is a negative emotion, very few know when it can become a psychological problem requiring specialized help by means of anger management therapy. With help of this anger management test, you can determine whether your anger is a normal emotion or you should turn to a professional for help. Answer the following questions with either a "yes" or "no":

1. Have you faced arrest over anger management issues?
2. Do you get annoyed waiting your turn in queues?
3. Do you verbally abuse drivers who cut you off in traffic?
4. Do you lie awake at night analyzing the day's upsets?
5. Do coworkers avoid you at work because of your anger issues?
6. Does anger make you experience short term memory loss?
7. Do you find it difficult to forgive others who had mistreated you in the past?
8. Do you ever feel the urge to kill when angry?
9. Do you abuse drugs or alcohol when angered?
10. Have people you've trusted often let you down, leaving you feeling angry or betrayed?
11. Do you often feel stressed and pressured, and do things not going your way leave you depressed?
12. Do you like to keep your emotions bottled down inside you?

If your answers to this anger management test have more than three "yes"s, professional anger management therapy is advised. Since you now know that you have an anger management problem, you can take steps to resolve it. Knowing the existence of a problem is winning half the battle; the war will be won when calm replaces anger in the hearts and minds of affected people.

There is nothing wrong with feeling angry from time to time. After all, you are only human and should experience the full range of emotions. Anger is no exception.

However, anger is the one emotion that we need to be in full control of, because when our anger gets out of control, it can be extremely damaging to both our relationships and ourselves.

I say yes to 2,3,6,9,10,11,12.. but i never had an anger problem, its just now occured and since I am young the person escalading and hyping up my anger is my mom so I be ready to fight/kill her. I try my best not to say anything nd seek answers from God but there is no way for me,and its just a matter of time til she pushes my buttons nd make me snap, I haven't been many places this summer nor really got to hang wit my friends so me being trapped in the house is making me go insane,. I have a music career and she keeps talking about me doing it when I'm 18 and I don't see why I can't do it now, I am very well educated and stay with awesome grades, and I stay out of trouble so now I feel like I have no life at all! Can barely see my friends and now the thing that i love is being on hold just for no apparent reason and I rather do it now then later cuz its easier because when I get older and on my own , iwill have too many responsibilities ,she let my sister pursue her basketball career and is letting my little brother do foot ball which is like $100 a month and I don't even ask for any money for what I am trying to do, everything i do is free. I know whats wrong with teens like us these days ,our parents always ruin are dreams ,children and teens can't dream anymore because they can't express themselves or can't have goals in life. That's why they get pregnant, do drugs, drop out of school(cause see no point if they can't live their dreams), or commit suicide. I am not a bad child at all, I am not pregnant, I am not on drugs or any of that. So can somebody please explain to me why I can't live my dreams . And for me not getting a reason why is really irritatin and aggitatin me sooooo bad. I haven't done anything to derserve this at all. somebody please write me with advice or give me freakin therapy before i go crazyy
